The initiative ‘Spectacular Communities – Spectacular Solutions’ is about finding the best solutions for eco-communities and sustainable housing communities in the start-up phase. With experiences from Germany and France, we are rethinking the financial and legal framework for the communities. For example, empty buildings can get a spectacular new life.
