Dreamer, Entrepreneur and Consultant

I believe that the greatest contribution we can make is to be our authentic selves and inspire others to do the same. Freedom, transformation and true well-being are things that first start within ourselves and that we then realize in the outside world. By working with our dreams in life, this process is started, where the brain assists the heart, and I would very much like to help others cultivate and make time for that.

Sociocracy & conflict resolution

Male, born 1956. 3 sons. LØS member since 2010. Studied and taught sociocracy since 2011. Certified Gaia trainer.
Especially active internationally (GEN-Europe communities).
People will do anything for love, even change their lifestyle. Therefore, an eco-community stands and falls with its relationship between cohesion (attraction) and division (repulsion). Sociocracy reconciles reason and emotion.

I want to help improve, especially newly started eco-communities’ chances of survival and succeeding with their visions and intentions.

Have lived for 3 years in Friland on Djursland (2010 – 2013) and 8 months in Soleng in Southern Jutland (2019-2020).

Certified Gaia Trainer 2020.

Ecovillage Design Education (EDE): Completed full course in Hallingelille in 2012.

Taught or “weaved” through full EDE in Ghana.

Led mini-EDE in LØS.

Dragon Dreaming: 5 courses with John Croft in 2012 and 2018.

Study 5 variants of sociocracy with their founders: SKM, Holakrati, Sociocracy 3.0, Organic Organization and SoFA, to either practitioner or coach level. 2011 – 2020

GAIA Certification: Yes

Help with sociocratic organization (e.g. statutes) and conflict management.

If you in the community see that disagreements are growing increasingly intrusive and burdensome, I can help resolve the specific conflicts; but my interest is especially in continuing to work:
A healthy community can strengthen itself on disagreements by developing its capacity for contradictions and thus more members.
If a community instead becomes increasingly weakened by disagreements, it indicates a deficiency in the community’s foundation of conflict resolution practices and decision-making, which is more important than any current conflict. It is the work on this foundation that is my greatest interest.

Climate adaptation & nature restoration

Climate adaptation and Biodiversity: Do you want to climate-proof your house and at the same time take climate considerations into account, have beautiful nature with real biodiversity, an experience-nature and food-nature – then we will analyze your different needs together.

We combine the above so that you get the most out of your land. I have over 30 years of experience as a soil biologist in these areas. The landscape is often established in connection with the excavation work for climate adaptation, and thus a multi-land use – i.e. as an All-in-one nature: www.scientific.dk.

If we take care of the drainage of the water in the natural landscape well in advance of a cloudburst, especially as an aid to a self-help project, it will be much cheaper than, for example, pipe-technical solutions!

Together we will draw up a comprehensive plan on what we do in practice.

Keywords: cloudburst, sea level rise, sea water infiltration, climate solutions, biodiversity, biological variation, nature restoration, nature reconstruction, restitution, nature therapy, stress relief, food production, permaculture, regenerative agriculture.

Sasja Iza Christensen

The community as an agent of change

I am driven by how eco-communities can be both a model and a framework for how we can change fundamental imbalances in society.
That is why I have contributed over time as a tour guide and teacher in Hallingelille and have started Nye Rødder RSV, where we help traumatized refugees get back on their feet, through nature-based therapy and community.

I have lived in the Eco-Community Hallingelille since 2006 and have been an active co-creator of the community for the first many years.
