Landsforeningen for Økosamfund (LOES) is, as data controller, obliged to protect your personal data when you as a member, teacher, consultant or volunteer use LØS and the services offered, and we strive for you to feel safe with our processing of your personal data.

Disclosure will only take place to the extent and to those who are necessary to perform the service you request, for example in connection with registration for activities and events or in connection with creating a membership.

Storage and deletion of your personal data

We retain personal data for a period from the end of the relationship, for administrative purposes in accordance with the following criteria:

Members

  • up to 1 year after the calendar year of withdrawal from the association

Teachers, consultants, etc.:

  • up to 1 year after the teacher/consultant’s work has ended

Volunteers:

  • up to 1 year after the volunteer’s work has ended

However, we retain information for statistics and the like as long as it has historical value.

If you contact us with a request to correct or delete your personal data, we will check whether the conditions are met and, if so, carry out the changes or deletion as soon as possible. You can always file a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, such as the Danish Data Protection Authority.

Rights

We are continuously updating this privacy policy to ensure that we present you with the most accurate information possible, and to ensure compliance with applicable legislation. In the event of changes, the version number in the privacy policy will be changed, and you will be able to see the latest version on the website. In the event of significant changes, we will notify members, teachers and volunteers.
